Hope the Bear Care Package

Our Hope the Bear Care Packages are sent to families experiencing cancer. Our packages are individually tailored to each family depending on the ages of the children, who has cancer, and what stage the cancer is in. Packages contain books, workbooks, brochures, and additional information to help the child or teen better cope with what cancer brings. Every package includes a “Hope” teddy bear for each child and our volunteers make security blankets for children under 5. Kids Konnected also has special bereavement packages for children and teens that have lost a parent to cancer.

To order a Care Package, please use the link below to send us a donation of $6.95 to help cover the cost of shipping. Once we receive an email from Paypal confirming that you would like to order a package, we will email you a confidential questionnaire. We must receive your completed questionnaire in order to send you a package. The questionnaire helps us know which materials to send to you based on your family’s situation.
