CBS 2 Charity Challenge V

50 local charities competed in the Charity Challenge V in Palm Springs in April and May presented by CBS TV2 and Fiesta Ford, Lincoln, Mercury. Kids Konnected was the second highest money winner. Kids Konnected volunteers competed in 12 challenge events pulling in a total of $4800.00. Each event winner and the next 7 top finishers earned money for their charity. Kids Konnected took 1st. place in the Home Run Derby and the Miniature Golf Tournament, 7th. Place in the casino slot tournament, plus grabbed 3rd. place in the brutal Survivor Games at Knott’s Soak City Water Park in Palm Springs.
